“Dialoghi senza dominio“ (Dialogues without domination) is the attempt to overcome the anthropocentric ego through a dialogue that throws into crisis the identification of the work’s author. Research by both Andrea d’Amore and the wild animal meet and engage in a dialogue that is formalised in the block of clay through the emptiness of the gestures that generate the shape. Food is set in the blocks (different food according to the animal the artist wishes to hold a dialogue with), which are then placed in the woods around d’Amore’s home. The animal leaves its mark in order to feed itself.
